Shadder-Rep Collection uses your information to help you browse products, prepare order enquiries and arrange orders through WhatsApp. This policy explains our checkout storage and advertising measurement.

Information we collect and store

We use browser storage and Firebase services to remember your bag and sign-in. Guest checkout creates an anonymous sign-in so delivery details can be saved without choosing a password. Clearing browser data or switching devices may remove access to that guest session.

How we use your information

We use your details to prepare order enquiries, confirm availability, arrange delivery, provide support and communicate order updates. Advertising information helps us understand which ads bring interested customers and improve the relevance of our advertising.

WhatsApp checkout and payment

We currently confirm orders through WhatsApp. Submitting checkout saves your delivery defaults and opens a prefilled WhatsApp message containing your bag and delivery details. You can review the message before sending it. WhatsApp processes messages under its own privacy terms. Opening WhatsApp does not confirm that a message was sent or that a purchase was completed.

Online payment is not initiated by our current checkout. Our team confirms availability, delivery charges and payment arrangements with you on WhatsApp before processing your order. Never send card PINs, mobile money PINs or one-time security codes to us. We do not store your card or mobile money credentials.

Meta Pixel and advertising cookies

We use Meta Pixel to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. Meta may use cookies and similar technologies to collect or receive information from this website and elsewhere online, including browser and device information, IP address, page addresses, advertising identifiers and the shopping actions listed above. Meta may associate this activity with your Meta account and use it for measurement and personalized advertising, including showing our products again.

Our explicit shopping events include product identifiers, quantities and, where relevant, prices in GHS. We do not include delivery form names, phone numbers, addresses or message text in those event parameters. A Lead event means the delivery form was completed and a WhatsApp handoff was initiated; it does not mean a message, order or payment was confirmed.

Browser and advertising controls

Our website does not display a cookie acceptance banner. You can manage advertising cookies through your browser and Meta account settings. We honour supported Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals, as well as advertising choices previously saved on this device. Blocking advertising tracking does not prevent shopping or checkout.

You can also manage your preferences through Meta ad preferences, read Meta's privacy policy, and block or delete cookies in your browser. Essential bag and checkout storage supports the shopping experience.

Sharing and protection

We do not sell your personal information. We use hosting and Firebase service providers to operate the website, WhatsApp to communicate when you send your message, and delivery providers as needed to fulfil your order. We share advertising activity with Meta, subject to the controls described above. We take reasonable steps to protect customer information and limit access to people who need it for store operations.

Retention, access and deletion

We keep customer details as needed to handle enquiries, orders, support and applicable record-keeping obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information. Clearing your browser storage removes local bag and preference data but does not delete saved records held by us or messages already sent through WhatsApp.
